Meet Our School Nurse

Hi! I'm Ashley Ingala the school nurse for Lexington Trails.  I am so excited for the opportunity to support our students health needs. I have 3 children in the UDS 232 district and am often out and about in the community; please stop and say hello when you see me!  Much of my nursing background has been pediatrics with over 7 years at Children's Mercy Hospital. This will be my third year as a school nurse in this district. As a school nurse, my focus is on the health and well being of the students.  In order to learn and grow a child needs to feel well and be present.  Much of that starts with a balanced, healthy lifestyle which I will promote to your child regularly. I also believe that communication is key to success so please feel free to reach out any time with questions or concerns.
