Student Council

LTMS Student Council (STUCO) is our school’s service organization.  We honor our staff on recognition days through posters and gifts; we provide our students with social activities like after school parties; we do outreach into the community with cards and letters to the military, children in the hospital, and our seniors at the retirement home. We hold a food drive every year to help stock the shelves at the De Soto  Food Pantry.  If opportunities arise for other outreach programs, STUCO rises to the occasion!  Students who are interested in serving in STUCO, fill out an application and are chosen on recommendations from teachers.
