Strength and Conditioning
This before and after school program is an introduction to strength, conditioning, and weight training with an emphasis on lifting techniques and safety guidelines in the weight room. Students will learn the basics of muscular strength, core strength, flexibility, endurance, and living an active, healthy lifestyle. Any family interested should be on the lookout for an informational e-mail coming soon which will include a sign-up form required for student participation.
