Principal

Clark McCracken
Mr. McCracken started his teaching career as a secondary English teacher, football coach, and basketball coach in the Kansas City Kansas school district before moving to the Bonner Springs / Edwardsville school district to teach and coach. Prior to serving at LTMS, he spent five years as the principal at Delaware Ridge Elementary school. He is passionate about connecting kids to school and the community, and his goal is to foster a love for learning in students and staff.
Assistant Principal

Susan Slater
Mrs. Susan Slater joined Lexington Trails Middle School when it opened in 1995. She has taught physical education and computers and coached volleyball and track. Prior to LTMS, she taught third grade for six years in the district. She is very excited to continue building relationships with the students, families, and staff at Lexington Trails. Her passion with students is to teach them to always "Stop and Find the Joy." Middle school students are amazing.
School Improvement Specialist
Elizabeth Wing
Mrs. Elizabeth (Beth) Wing graduated from Emporia State University and has been in education for over 17 years. She has experience as an elementary school teacher, reading and math interventionist, and instructional coach. Beth now serves as the school improvement specialist, tier 3 reading and math interventionist, and volleyball coach. She is passionate about helping all kids reach their full potential.
