Clark McCracken

Mr. McCracken is the principal of Lexington Trails Middle School.  He started his teaching career as a secondary English teacher, football coach, and basketball coach in the Kansas City Kansas school district before moving to the Bonner Springs / Edwardsville school district to teach and coach.  Prior to serving at LTMS, he spent five years as the principal at Delaware Ridge Elementary school.  He is passionate about connecting kids to school and the community, and his goal is to foster a love for learning in students and staff.

Susan Slater

Mrs. Susan Slater is the Assistant Principal/Athletic Director. She joined Lexington Trails Middle School when it opened in 1995. She has taught physical education, computers and coached volleyball and track. Prior to opening LTMS, she taught third grade for six years in the district. She is very excited to continue building relationships with the students, families and staff at Lexington Trails. Her passion with students is to teach them to always, "Stop and Find the Joy". Middle School students are amazing.

Jamey Seaba

Mrs. Seaba taught 17 years as a 7thgrade social studies teacher at LTMS.  She is now teaching Tier 2 and 3 Reading & Math. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Seaba is in her sixth year as the LTMS School Improvement Specialist.   Over her time at LTMS, Mrs. Seaba has been math team sponsor, track coach and cross country coach.   Prior to LTMS, she worked as an educator in Colorado, Arizona, Texas and in the Blue Valley School District.   Mrs. Seaba is also a member of the community and loves living in De Soto and working at LTMS. When Mrs. Seaba is not at school, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and dogs!
